CONO KAAS MIDDENBEEMSTER – 2021
With use of our own developed trolley we measured a difficult-to-approach crane track. This track is situated above a brine bath.
DOVER US AIR FORCE BASE – 2021
SAMAX Rail has replaced a 360 meter long crane track type A100 in a storage building. The rails has been installed on continuous sole plates with use of adjustable rail clips. Rails have been welded together according the enclosed welding procedure.
TESLA GIGA FACTORY AUSTIN USA – 2021
Our installation team has installed a 60 meter crane track type S30 at the new TESLA factory in Austin USA. The track is discontinuously supported and installed with adjustable rail clips.
CLIP Intermodal Terminal Poland – 2020/2021
Supply and assembly 755 meters of crane track MRS87a. Crane track is mounted with an adjustable clamp plate on a milled concrete foundation. Our work was carried out to the full satisfaction of the client.
Project De Entree Amsterdam (light rail) – 2020 / 2021
On this project in the heart of Amsterdam, in front of Central Station, our rail welders made a total of approximately 750 RI60 and Dillidur (specials) formwork welds on behalf of Van Gelder.
Swissport Frankfurt Airport – 2020
Delivery and assembly of 212 meters of crane rail A65, discontinuous and with fixed clamping plates. The crane rail was assembled by us according to FEM9831 and welded by means of formwork welding. The work was carried out according to planning and to the full satisfaction of our client!
Smit Heat treatment, Waalhaven Rotterdam – 2020
For our client Smit-HT, SAMAX Rail has delivered a crane track on Stelcon plates. We have relieved our client by carrying out the complete package, ground improvement, delivery and installation of 60 industrial Stelcon plates on which the UIC54 rail was then mounted. The paving around the Stelcon plates was neatly closed by us.
Arcelor Mittal Ghent, All Weather Terminal – 2019/2020
Supply and assembly of 3 x 200 meters A100 and 16 x 23 meters A65 crane rail construction on a continuous base plate. The welding was carried out according to the formwork welding process. All crane tracks were mounted with a non-adjustable clamping plate. We also supplied a total of 38 end buffers for the quay crane, half-gantry and the transfer cars.
Van Leeuwen Pipes, Zwijndrecht – 2020
Replacement of 80 meters of A55 crane rail for an overhead crane. In a standstill of 2 days we replaced the A55 crane rail of a storage hall. After changing the rail, the crane rail was aligned and welded, all this in a very short lead time!
Tata Steel Tubes – Zwijndrecht – 2019
During a 2.5 week standstill, our experienced team of people replaced 2×200 meters of block rail with new A65 crane rail. We removed the old rail by gouging. After the old rail was removed, we provided the crane track beam with a hole pattern so that we could mount the A65 crane rail with adjustable clamping plates.
Block Berge Bygg – Klepp Stasjon Norway – 2019
Supply and assembly of 2×140 meter A65 crane rail construction on a continuous base plate. The welding was carried out according to the formwork welding procedure. The crane rail was mounted with a non-adjustable SAMAX clamp plate.
IJB Beton – Lelystad – 2019
Supply and assembly of 2×108 meter A65 crane rail construction on a steel construction. The crane rail is mounted with non-adjustable SAMAX clamping plates.
ECT Delta Terminal – Maasvlakte Rotterdam – 2019
Maintenance and repair of various trolley rail tracks on STS, rail and stack cranes
Navistar, Monterrey, Mexico – 2019
Supply, formwork welding and assembly of 90 meters of discontinuous rail construction MRS87a for a stacker crane. We mounted the crane rail with a non-adjustable SAMAX clamp plate. The rail construction is poured with low-shrinkage cement-based casting mortar.
IJB Concrete – Lemmer – 2019
Dismantling 500 metres of old crane track and supplying and assembling a new crane rail construction A65 on a continuous base plate. We also installed a total of 4 crane track level crossings for freight traffic. The crane rail was mounted with a non-adjustable SAMAX clamp plate. This work was carried out to full satisfaction during the 3-week construction stoppage.

Porsche, Zuffenhausen Germany – 2019
Welding and installation of an MRS87a rail construction for a stacker crane for the high-bay warehouse
South Carolina Port Authority – 2018/2019
Using our work platform, the SAMAX Rail welding team replaced short rail end pieces on 5 ZPMC STS cranes. All clamping plates and underlay material were also replaced by SAMAX Rail during this project.
SIF Group Maasvlakte – 2019
Realignment of 500 meters of crane track A120 at approx. 20 meters height. SAMAX also replaced all damaged rubber nose clamp plates and repaired the rail welds that were in poor condition.
Aston Martin, Wales, UK – 2018
Supply, welding and assembly of an S41 rail construction for a stacker crane for the paint line
